Cozy Tumbler makes personalized tumblers: 20 oz skinny tumblers, stemless wine tumblers and kids tumblers carrying the names, photos, family lists and pets that matter to the people who use them. We are an online shop based at 401 Comfort Drive, Williamstown, New Jersey, and we ship free to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This page explains what we make, how an order goes from your screen to someone’s hands, what we promise every customer, and how to reach us.
Warm sips, made personal
A tumbler is an everyday object. It rides in the car on the school run, sits on the desk through a long shift, comes out to the porch on a summer evening. That is exactly why a personalized one works as a gift: it is not put on a shelf and forgotten. Every morning, the person you gave it to sees their own name, their grandchildren’s names, their dog’s face or the date they got married, and remembers who thought of them.
Our name says what we are trying to make: something cozy, in the sense of warm and familiar, that people actually hold. We would rather sell a tumbler that gets used for years than a novelty that gets a laugh and then disappears into a cupboard.
What we make
Our range is built around three tumbler shapes and a handful of design families. Each design is made to order with your personalization.
Tumbler shapes
- 20 oz skinny tumblers: tall and slim, for coffee, tea and water on the go. The long wrap gives the most room for name lists and photos.
- Wine tumblers: short and stemless, for wine, cocktails and porch evenings. Popular for bridal parties, besties and anniversaries.
- Kids tumblers: sized for smaller hands and backpacks, with a big, clear name so nobody argues about whose cup is whose.
Design families
- Family tumblers with every name that matters: grandkids, siblings, parents and pets.
- Photo tumblers printed from a picture on your phone.
- Pet tumblers with your dog’s or cat’s name or photo, including gentle memorial designs.
- Name and monogram tumblers for a clean, simple look.
We also group designs by occasion, such as Christmas, birthdays, Mother’s Day, teacher appreciation and weddings, and by who you are shopping for.
How a Cozy Tumbler is made
Nothing in our shop is pre-printed. Every tumbler goes through the same steps after you order it:
- You personalize it. Choose a design and a size, then enter names, dates, a message or a photo. The preview shows how the layout works.
- You get a quiet 24 hours. For the first 24 hours after you order, nothing is printed, so you have time to reread your confirmation email and ask us to change a spelling for free.
- We proofread. We read your personalization back against the design: the order of names in a family list, dates that look impossible, a name spelled two ways, a photo too small to print sharply. If anything needs a decision, we email you rather than guess.
- We print and check. Your design is printed onto the tumbler, then checked for alignment, colour and coverage before the lid and straw go in.
- We pack it to travel. The printed surface is wrapped so it arrives without scuffs, and the box protects the lid.
- It ships free. Processing takes 1–3 business days; delivery then usually takes 7–14 business days to the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Tumblers ship from the USA.
Why proofreading matters so much to us
Personalization is only special when it is right. A grandma tumbler with eight grandchildren’s names is a lovely gift, unless one of them is spelled the way the grandson has never spelled it. We print exactly what you type, because guessing would be worse, but we read every order with the eyes of someone who is about to wrap it as a gift. When something looks off, such as “Jaxon” in one place and “Jackson” in another, or a wedding date in the future, we stop and ask.
That is also why we encourage customers to type names into a note first, check them with another family member, and then copy them into the personalization fields. It takes two minutes and saves the most common disappointment in personalized gifts.
How we design for a curved surface
Designing for a tumbler is different from designing for a mug or a T-shirt. The print wraps all the way around a cylinder, so the person holding it only sees about half the design at once. We plan our layouts with that in mind. The main name or photo sits where it faces the drinker or the person across the table; family name lists are spaced so they read as you turn the tumbler; and nothing important is placed on the seam where the two ends of the design meet. On a skinny tumbler the wrap is tall and narrow, so we stack names; on a wine tumbler it is short and wide, so a single name or monogram stands out; on a kids tumbler we keep the name big, because a five-year-old should be able to find their own cup in a pile of backpacks.
A year of reasons to give a tumbler
Our busiest weeks follow the calendar of family life, and planning ahead is the easiest way to make sure a gift arrives on time:
- Back to school (August and September): kids tumblers with names, and “welcome back” tumblers for teachers.
- Autumn birthdays and Grandparents Day: grandma and grandpa tumblers with every grandchild’s name.
- Christmas (November and December): family sets, coworker gifts and stocking stuffers. Order as early as you can.
- Valentine’s Day: couple tumblers with both names and the date it all started.
- Mother’s Day and teacher appreciation (May): our busiest season of all.
- Wedding season and Father’s Day (June): bridal-party wine tumblers and dad tumblers for the truck.
Remember to add 1–3 business days of processing to 7–14 business days of delivery when you plan, and give yourself a little extra margin around the holidays.
Listening to customers
The best ideas in our shop come from customers. A request for a grandmother name we had not offered, a breed of dog we had not drawn, a family who wanted the pets listed alongside the children: when we hear the same wish more than once, it usually becomes a new option. If you have an idea, or something about your order could have gone better, write to us. We read every message, and we would rather hear about a problem than lose a customer quietly.
What we will and will not print
We print your names, your words, your photos and your memories. We do not print other brands’ logos, sports team marks, cartoon or movie characters, or celebrity images, because they belong to someone else and printing them without a licence is not fair to their creators or safe for our customers. When a request falls into that category, we suggest an original alternative, such as team colours with your own text, or your child in their costume instead of the character. Our Intellectual Property Policy explains the details.

Who shops with us
Most of our customers are buying for someone else. A daughter ordering a Mother’s Day tumbler with her children’s names. A room parent organising a teacher gift for the last day of school. A bride ordering six matching wine tumblers for her bridesmaids. A nurse manager ordering fourteen name tumblers for nurses week. Someone who has just lost a dog named Biscuit and wants to keep his face close by. Each of these orders is different, and each one is tied to a date and a feeling, which is why we take timing and accuracy so seriously.
Some customers buy for themselves, too. There is nothing wrong with wanting your own name, your own dog or your own favourite quote on the tumbler you carry every day.
What we honestly cannot do
Being clear about limits is part of being trustworthy:
- We do not offer paid express shipping, so we cannot rescue every last-minute gift. If your date is close, email us first and we will tell you the truth about timing.
- We ship only to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
- We cannot print photos that are too small or blurry to print well, and we will tell you before printing rather than send something disappointing.
- We cannot print content that belongs to other companies or people without permission.
Gifts that travel well
Many of our tumblers are sent straight to someone who lives far away: a grandfather in Ontario, a best friend in Auckland, a sister in Brisbane. You can pay with your own card and ship to their address, the packing slip shows no prices, and the order and shipping emails come to you so the surprise stays safe. If the gift is not quite right, the recipient can exchange it within 60 days of delivery.
Looking after your tumbler
A printed tumbler lasts longest when it is hand-washed with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Keep it out of the dishwasher, microwave and freezer, wash the lid and straw separately, and avoid leaving it in a hot car for hours. Our Size Guide and FAQs have more care tips and help choosing the right shape.
