The list directly below is generated from the live site, so it always matches what is published. Further down, you will find a guided tour of each section: what it contains, who it is for, and which page to open when you have a particular question.

How the shop is organised

Cozy Tumbler sells personalized tumblers, and there are three ways into the catalogue. You can start from the tumbler shape (skinny, wine or kids), from the kind of design (family names, photos, pets, names and monograms), or from the reason you are shopping (an occasion or a particular person). Every product appears in at least one shape collection and one design collection, and many also appear under occasions and recipients, so you will reach the same tumbler from whichever starting point feels natural.

Collections that do not have products yet are left out of the list above and out of search engines until designs are added, so every collection you see in the list leads somewhere useful.

Shop by tumbler shape

  • 20 oz Skinny Tumblers: tall, slim tumblers for coffee, tea and water on the go, with the most room for name lists and photos.
  • Wine Tumblers: short, stemless tumblers for wine, cocktails and porch evenings, popular for bridal parties and besties.
  • Kids Tumblers: smaller tumblers with a big, clear name for school, sports and road trips.

Three example journeys through the site

Finding a teacher gift for the last day of school

Open Occasions and choose Teacher Appreciation Tumblers, or search for “teacher”. Pick a design, enter the teacher’s name the way the class says it, and check the delivery times against the last day of school. Ordering matching tumblers for a bridal party

Start in Wedding & Bridal Tumblers or Wine Tumblers, choose one design, then add one tumbler per person with each name and role. Before paying, compare sizes on the Size Guide and note the free 24-hour change window on Cancel or Change an Order, in case someone’s name or title changes after you order.

Solving a problem with a tumbler that arrived damaged

Open Submit a Ticket and choose “Damaged or misprinted”. Attach photos of the problem and the box. The Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the reprint process and the Refund Policy explains refund timing if you would rather have your money back.

How collections connect to each other

Collections overlap on purpose. A grandma tumbler with the grandchildren’s names, for example, sits in 20 oz Skinny Tumblers because of its shape, in Family Tumblers because of its design, in For Mom & Grandma because of who it is for, and in Mother’s Day Tumblers because of when people buy it. You never need to visit all four: whichever route you take, you will find the same product with the same price and personalization options. Parent collections such as Occasions and Gifts For show everything in their sub-collections, so they are a good place to browse when you are not sure yet.

What is not listed here

Some pages exist only to make the shop work and are deliberately left out of this list and out of search engines: the cart, checkout and account pages (they are personal to you), search results and filtered views of collections (they would duplicate the collection pages), and internal layout elements used to build our homepage and footer. Collections without products are also left out until designs are added, so that every link you follow leads to tumblers you can actually order.

Keeping this page up to date

The list at the top of this page is built automatically from what is published, so new collections and pages appear here as soon as they go live, and removed pages disappear at the same time. The guided sections below the list are reviewed whenever we add a new type of tumbler or a new support page. The date at the top of the page shows the last review.

Finding a page with search

The search box at the top of every page searches our tumblers by name and description. Try searching for a recipient (“grandma”), an occasion (“teacher”), a design theme (“dog”) or a shape (“wine”). If a search returns nothing, try a shorter word, or browse the collections above. Search covers products; policies and help pages are easiest to reach from this sitemap, the footer at the bottom of every page, or the Help Center.

Navigating on a phone

On a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left to open the full list of collections. The cart icon at the top right shows how many tumblers are in your cart. Every policy and help page listed here is also linked in the footer at the bottom of each page, so you can reach them from anywhere on the site.

Using the footer

The footer at the bottom of every page repeats the most important links in three groups: our company pages (About Us, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Payment Methods, Contact Us and this Sitemap), our customer support pages (FAQs, Help Center, Order Tracking, Shipping & Delivery, Cancel or Change an Order, Refund Policy, Returns & Exchanges, DMCA and Intellectual Property), and a button to open a support ticket. Whatever page you are on, the footer gets you to help in one click.

Machine-readable sitemap

Search engines use a separate, machine-readable XML sitemap that lists the same public pages and collections that have products. It is available at /wp-sitemap.xml. Visitors do not need it: this page and the footer cover everything.
